PREPARATION
1. Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl, add 400ml kefir and 1 egg and mix thoroughly
2. You can add sliced apples or other fruits (bananas, blueberries) to the dough.
3. Fry on a low flame, preferably in clarified butter or coconut oil.
It also comes out without an egg! Pancakes can be made vegan with just water (200ml) or packaged milk. In this case, fry immediately after mixing the batter.
