DESCRIPTION :

Yarrow contains azulenes, chemical compounds with anti-inflammatory properties. Yarrow oil relieves the symptoms of eczema and skin inflammation. As an addition to the bath, it has a relaxing effect.

In the vaporizer: Put 6 to 8 drops of essential oil in the vaporizer or

Inhalation: Place 3 to 5 drops of essential oil in a bowl of very hot water and inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years.)

For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil.

Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. To stir in water.
