It contains natural antioxidants that help scavenge free radicals from the body. The iodine included in its composition has a beneficial effect on the thyroid gland, replenishing its deficiencies in the body. The polysaharides in its composition support the defecation and thus regulate the metabolism. In addition, it causes a feeling of satiety, which reduces appetite, making it a great addition to the diet of people suffering from reduction.
