DESCRIPTION
Agar-agar is made from sun-dried seaweed. It is suitable for thickening sauces, jams, PREPARING creams, jellies, Asian dishes.
An excellent alternative to animal gelatine. Tasteless, it dissolves at 85-95 degrees Celsius and freezes at 32-39 degrees Celsius. 1 teaspoon (3.5 g) is enough for 350 ml of liquid.
