Gudobele is one of the largest bakeries in Lithuania. Bon Chance are bread chips made from wheat and rye bread that are baked in a special shape. Then they are cut into thin slices, fried in vegetable oil and seasoned with various spices. Cream and onion are always a good combination - this is how a snack with this taste came about.
