Delicious spaghetti noodles from Alce Nero made from organic spelled flour. It's a great substitute for durum wheat flour pasta. We recommend pasta, especially with Alce Nero tomato sauces.
Spaghetti pasta is made from spelt, a very old variety of wheat that was grown long before the grain most commonly used today. The spelled flour used to make the pasta is darker in color because the grains used are ground whole. As a result, the Alce Nero Paste swells a little after cooking, is heavier and therefore - also more filling. The taste of the cooked pasta convinces with a delicate, nutty note. Spelled flour is an excellent source of inulin, which acts as a soluble fiber. This naturally stimulates the digestive system. Spelled flour contains B vitamins and minerals such as zinc, copper, potassium and traces of iron.
