DESCRIPTION :
Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are fats naturally found in coconut and palm oil. They are lighter and quicker to digest than other types of fat. MCTs are easily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and very quickly metabolized by the liver, where they are thought to encourage the use of fat for storage rather than energy.

APPLICATION :
1/2 tablespoon (7.5 ml) daily p>
MCT oil can also be used as a replacement for traditional oils in salad dressings, sauces, or in cooking as a source of beneficial fatty acids. Not recommended for frying at low boiling points.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (substitute) for a varied diet.
For adults only. MCT oil can cause gastroenterological problems. To reduce these effects, take the product with a meal.
STORAGE:
Store in a dry and cool place out of the reach of small children.
