This oil is made from carefully selected evening primrose seeds. It is the highest quality oil that, thanks to the traditional and totally natural process of cold pressing, has preserved the biological and nutritional properties of the seeds from which it was obtained. The seeds obtained for pressing evening primrose oil have been specially selected and extensively tested. It is a product rich in gamma linolenic acid (GLA), which is very rare in nature and is highly sought after by our bodies. It occurs in larger amounts in the evening primrose. Evening primrose oil is intended for food, but it can also be successfully used in cosmetics. It has excellent moisturizing properties - it strengthens and nourishes the skin.
Evening primrose oil is cold-pressed from evening primrose seeds. It is the oil with one of the highest levels of gamma linolenic acid (GLA). The oil, which is characterized by a beautiful yellow-green color, is a true boon of nature. It is a valuable source of fatty acids such as GLA acid, linoleic acid, but also oleic, palmitic and stearic acid. Mother Nature also contained valuable vitamins and trace elements such as vitamin E, phytosterols, zinc, magnesium and selenium in evening primrose oil.
This oil is great as an addition to oatmeal or a portion of muesli with yoghurt. Also as an addition to a healthy fruit and vegetable smoothie or vegetable salad. This oil can also be taken independently - in an optimal amount of about 2 teaspoons daily.
