Dill (Anethum) is an annual or biennial plant of the celery family. It probably comes from Southeast Asia. Grown all over the world, including in Poland, it does not make high demands on soil and the environment.
Dill is an exceptionally healthy, aromatic herb. Rich in vitamins - E, D, K, A from groups B, C and H - and minerals - iron, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, zinc and magnesium - fennel is characterized by a small amount of calories and a high concentration the body's allies in the fight to maintain health and beauty and antioxidants.
