DESCRIPTION
Organic spelled groats made from peeled spelled grains. It has a mild taste, is extremely nutritious and gives a long-lasting feeling of satiety. We recommend it as a base for a cooked breakfast, lunch or dinner, sweet or savory, and to thicken soups and stews.

PREPARATION
Boil the previously briefly soaked groats in salted water in a 1: 2 ratio (1 portion of groats to 2 portions of water) over low heat for about 25 minutes.
