DESCRIPTION
Organic vital fiber is a combination of psyllium and plantain husks in a 4:1 ratio to ensure the proper functioning of the digestive tract. Vital substances are best consumed in the form of a drink, which is poured over with water, milk or fruit juice. It can also be added to yogurt, bread, or soups and sauces as a thickening agent.

CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION
No more than 5 teaspoons per day (approx. 15 g - i.e. 1.5 measuring spoons in the set), which corresponds to 12 g of fiber. It is recommended to drink plenty of fluids while taking the product. Special CAUTION should be exercised when administering to children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
