DESCRIPTION

Organic amaranth flakes are made from crushed amaranth seeds. Amaranth flakes are a perfect suggestion for a daily breakfast. They taste best with the addition of yoghurt, muesli drink and fruit.

PREPARATION
Cook the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of flakes for 2 portions of water or milk) and simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
