DESCRIPTION
Organic white quinoa, also called quinoa. It successfully replaces traditional groats or pasta. It is perfect as an ingredient in soups and as an addition to vegetables, sauces, baked goods and desserts.

PREPARATION
It is advisable to pour the quinoa grain with hot water on a fine sieve, then cook it in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of quinoa to 2 portions of water) for approx. 25 minutes. Season with salt at the end of the cooking process.
