PREPARATION
In order to obtain a strong, expressive infusion, it is recommended to infuse 1 teaspoon of Assam tea into a 200 ml cup. Then pour hot but not boiling water over the leaves - preferably at a temperature of 95-96 degrees C. Cover and let the infusion steep for about 3 minutes and then strain.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store dry.
