Rooibos - red shrub native to South Africa. The shrub reaches a height of 1.5 meters and is grown in the Cedar Mountains. These areas have sandy soil and the climate is characterized by dry summers and winters - rainy season. Rooibos, unlike black, white and green tea, is a tea without theine - a stimulant, therefore it can be consumed by the elderly, children and pregnant women. The infusion is amber in color, delicate, sweet and has a honey taste.
