Organic red lentil flour*, spring water.
PREPARATION
Boil plenty of water so that the pasta floats freely (4-5 lire), salt and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to taste. Slowly add the noodles to the boiling water so as not to interrupt the cooking process (bubbling). Stir and cook until tender 6-8 minutes, al dente 4-5 minutes. (do not exceed the maximum cooking time). Do not stir the noodles during cooking, drain, add warm water and enjoy the taste of delicious noodles. ENJOY!.
