Crocus cherry jam is made from whole, pitted fruit. It is a great addition to toast, cakes and pastries, and white cheese. Its strong fragrance is underlined by the preservative sugar and serves to preserve the natural color of the cherries. The low pectin content makes the jam sparse, which is why locust bean gum was added as a natural thickening agent.
Made with 80g of fruit per 100g of product. The total sugar content is 68 g per 100 g of the product. Pasteurized product.
