DESCRIPTION
Rapeseed oil is obtained from selected rapeseed varieties by cold pressing. This gives it a delicate aroma and a distinct, slightly herbaceous taste, making it a perfect addition to cold dishes and sauerkraut salads, Greek salads, dips, sauces and pastes. Rapeseed oil is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, including omega-3 fatty acids and monounsaturated fats. Replacing saturated fat with unsaturated fat in the diet helps maintain normal cholesterol levels.
