The concentrate consists only of gluten-free millet flour, water and Kłodawa salt, these INGREDIENTS
are subjected to natural curing. In order to obtain the highest quality, the product is mildly pasteurized. Ecological millet sour concentrate is the basis for the PREPARATION of a great soup.
