Hazelnuts are more than 60% fat, mostly monounsaturated, much less polyunsaturated and saturated. 17% of its content is carbohydrate, most of it is fiber and 15% is protein. The most characteristic vitamin in hazelnuts is vitamin E. 100 g of nuts contain up to 15 mg of it, which covers 100% of the daily requirement for this vitamin. For this reason, nuts have a positive effect on the skin, concentration, memory and vision. Hazelnuts also have many vitamins and minerals, such as: vitamin A, vitamins B, C, K, folic acid, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, calcium and zinc.
