Flammkuchen - an Alsatian dish in the form of pies based on bread dough, bacon, onions and cream. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Made in Alsace. It contains organic and natural ingredients. The composition does not contain dyes, flavor enhancers and preservatives.

APPLICATION
Mix the quark with the crème fraiche 50/50, season with salt and pepper and distribute evenly over the dough. Top with the chopped bacon, onion and cheese. You can also make a sweet cake or dessert with apples, pears and chocolate sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees Celsius for a few minutes. Tip: Use perforated trays for baking. Do not bake on the cardboard that comes with the package.
