DESCRIPTION
Organic bulgur is a type of porridge made from organic boiled, dried and crushed durum wheat grains. Recommended as an accompaniment to casseroles, salads, fillings and as an ingredient in main dishes.
PREPARATION
Pour bulgur with lightly salted boiling water in a ratio of 1: 2.5 (1 portion of groats to 2.5 portions of water), cook uncovered for about 7 minutes. Then remove from the stove, cover and leave to soak.
