DESCRIPTION
Vitamin B1 is thiamine. This vitamin is the first discovered vitamin B. Avitaminosis is rare, but even a slight deficiency of it can have very negative health effects. This vitamin is a heterocyclic organic compound composed of a thiazole and a pyrimidine ring linked by a methionium bridge. This vitamin is involved in the conversion of energy from food, mainly carbohydrates. It helps reduce numbness in arms and legs, improves memory and supports the proper functioning of the nervous system.

APPLICATION
