Extract from evergreen tree needles and twigs - spicy essential oil takes you straight to the green forests of Europe. Siberian Fir has been used in cough and cold remedies for centuries, and is also a popular scent in soaps and body products. Siberian Fir is used in aromatherapy treatments to clear jumbled thoughts and perfectly focus the mind during exam periods or when important work deadlines are approaching.

100% Abies sibirica needle oil (Siberian fir)
Naturally Occurring Allergens: Limonene

APPLICATION :
In the Vaporizer: Place 6 to 8 drops of essential oil in the vaporizer or burner. Inhalation: Place 3 to 5 drops of essential oil in a bowl of very hot water and inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years old.) For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. To stir in water.
