Arugula sprouts can be eaten both hot and cold. They are used as an additive to sandwiches, pasta, salads, cheese, sauces and as an additive to soups.

To grow sprouts in a sprout, follow the instructions that came with the device. If using a glass, rinse the seeds, then place in a pre-brewed glass and pour over boiling lukewarm water. Soak for a couple of hours, then drain the water, cover the jar with gauze and put in a warm place (18-22℃). Rinse sprouts twice a day. Sprouts are ready to eat after 3-6 days 1-2 cm long.
