APPLICATION
Mix all needed INGREDIENTS
and knead the dough. Put the dough in a warm place and let it rise for an hour. Put the dough on a hot baking tray and bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
1 pack of sourdough is enough for 500 g of rye flour
