These mild-tasting white noodles are an integral part of many Asian dishes. Rice noodles are a source of valuable vitamins and minerals. Is rich in vitamin E, known for its antioxidant properties, B vitamins necessary for the proper functioning of the body, iron, potassium, magnesium, zinc and satiating fiber, among others. PREPARATION
Boil 2 liters of water, turn off the burner gas. Add the noodles and let them rest for 2 minutes. Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse under cold water for 1-2 minutes.
