DESCRIPTION
Scamorza Affumicata is a smoked cow's milk cheese made using the pasta filata technique. It is stretched in hot water and given a characteristic round shape. After drying, the cheese is smoked with beech wood smoke. Perfect for a cheese platter and as an accompaniment to wines.
