Soybeans are a plant of the legume family with 16 species. Vegetable soybean, rarely grown in Poland, is of the greatest utility value. The soybean is a particularly nutritious plant, it is characterized, among other things, by the content of B vitamins, vitamins A, C, E and K as well as minerals: calcium, iron, selenium, manganese, copper, phosphorus, zinc, potassium and magnesium.
Adding bean sprouts to a sandwich or salad is an excellent way to provide the body with the necessary micro and macro elements.
