Crocus strawberry jam contains whole fruit or large chunks of fruit covered in thick syrup. It is a great addition to toast, cakes and pastries, and white cheese. Their sugar maintains the natural color of the strawberries, emphasizes their intense aroma and protects the product. A small amount of gluten-free glucose syrup prevents the jam from becoming saccharified.
