Spelled flour * ground on stone mills, water (* certified ingredient organic)
PREPARATION
Boil enough water (3 L per pack of pasta), generously salted. Add a little vegetable fat.
Gradually add the pasta and cook until tender (about 10 minutes).
Then turn off the heat, pour in cold water and drain.
