DESCRIPTION
Organic wholemeal couscous is made from wholemeal semolina flour. Recommended as an accompaniment to main courses, stewed vegetables, casseroles and salads.
PREPARATION
Couscous should be cooked in a 1:1 ratio for about 5-7 minutes. It can also be prepared by pouring boiling water over it and letting it stand until the water is completely absorbed.
