DESCRIPTION
The water temperature recommended by the milk powder manufacturers is obtained by pouring the measuring cup with water at room temperature up to the level of the blue scale on the jug and then filling it with freshly boiled water from the kettle up to the level of the red scale. The corresponding water proportions take into account the temperature of +/- 40 degrees C.
