Organic black quinoa, also known as quinoa rice. It successfully replaces traditional groats or pasta. It is perfect as an ingredient in soups and as an addition to vegetables, sauces, baked goods and desserts.

PREPARATION
It is recommended to pour hot water over the quinoa grain on a fine sieve, then cook in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of quinoa to 2 portions of water) for about 25 minutes. Season with salt at the end of cooking.
