DESCRIPTION :
Palmarosa Essential Oil is extracted from the clumpy, grassy Cymbopogon martini plant, which is very similar in composition to lemongrass. The grass is steamed to produce a wonderfully fragrant essential oil with notes of flowers and citrus. When used in aromatherapy blends, Palmarosa has a subtle calming effect, protecting against emotional sensitivity and bringing a sense of peace.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
In vaporizer: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil vaporizer or burner. Inhalation: Place 3 to 5 drops of essential oil in a bowl of very hot water and inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years old.) For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. To stir in water.
