DESCRIPTION

Melatonin is secreted in the human body mainly at night, and its highest concentration occurs between midnight and 3 am. The nocturnal melatonin concentration in the serum decreases with increasing age, which can already be observed in people around 45 years of age.
Melatonin helps to fall asleep and has a positive effect on the regulation of sleep phases and their length. Melatonin also strengthens the immune system and has anti-inflammatory properties.
INGREDIENTS

Melatonin, lactose (from milk), excipient: calcium phosphate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and fatty acids, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, colourings: curcumin and riboflavin.

One capsule per day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption throughout the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
