Konjac spaghetti is a low-calorie source of fiber. It contains no gluten, fat, sugar and salt. It is made from the root of a plant called konjac (grown in China and Japan). It is a traditional Asian product that has been used in local cuisine for centuries. The noodles do not have any special flavor characteristics, but they easily take the flavor of the added spices and INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION
PREPARATION method I : Drain in a strain, rinse with cold water, add to your favorite dishes
