PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Brush a skillet (small cake pan) with coconut oil or clarified butter. You can do it
sprinkle with teff flakes, rolled oats or ground flaxseed
.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
4. With slow stirring
Add 500ml highly carbonated water.
5. Place the mixed batter in a roasting pan
and put it in the oven for 1.5 hours.
6. After baking the bread
Remove from the skillet and wrap in a cloth. Set aside to cool.
STORAGE
Store in a dry and cool place,
tightly closed.
