PREPARATION
Heat a spoonful of oil in a saucepan. Put the contents of the bag and sachets in a saucepan and fry for about 30 seconds. Pour in 250 ml of cold water and mix thoroughly. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes until the groats have absorbed the water.
