In one bar you will find, among other things, rolled oats, rice flour, chocolate, peanuts, raisins and juicy freeze-dried raspberries. It is worth knowing that oat flakes are an excellent source of roughage and also a treasure trove of B vitamins that are valuable for the functioning of our nervous system, the content of which in the raspberry MUSLA BAR made it possible to achieve a unique crispiness. Rice flour is also important because it ensures the supply of carbohydrates, which are essential for the proper functioning of our brain. It is also a good source of iron and zinc. Interestingly, the raspberry MUSLI BAR also contains peanuts (aka peanuts or peanuts) . Not only are these nuts delicious, but they also contain large amounts of protein and essential fatty acids. It is also worth knowing that peanuts actually belong to the legume family.
