DESCRIPTION
Organic buckwheat flakes are made from crushed buckwheat grains. They have almost the same properties as buckwheat. They can be eaten alone or with other flakes. We recommend it as an accompaniment to meat dishes, soups, as well as muesli and desserts. Buckwheat bread can also be made from buckwheat flakes.
PREPARATION
Cook the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk) according to taste for 5 minutes on the fire, stirring occasionally.
