Zinc (Zinc Picolinate), Calcium Carbonate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Silicon Dioxide, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Glycerol, Maltodextrin.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1/2 tablet daily, preferably with a meal
