Tapioca is made from cassava - a plant primarily associated with South American countries. It is also very popular in Asia, where it is used to PREPARE bubble tea. In European cuisine, tapioca pearls are most commonly used in desserts.
Tapioca is one of the foods that has grown in popularity due to a greater interest in healthy cooking, as well as in response to lifestyle diseases and food intolerances. These fine granules are not only gluten-free and absolutely hypoallergenic, but also easy to digest - gentle on the stomach and intestines.
Tapioca granules consist of about 90% carbohydrates and traces of protein and fat. Thanks to this composition, tapioca is a good choice every day, as well as in the case of food ailments, illnesses or allergies.

PREPARATION
Rinse tapioca, preferably soak in milk for about 20 minutes. Then cook in the same liquid over very low heat while stirring constantly (approx. 40 minutes).
ALLERGEN INFORMATION The facility also packs: sesame, almonds, products containing gluten, various nuts. Despite all efforts, the presence of these raw materials in the product cannot be 100% ruled out.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry, cool place in a tightly closed container.
