Star anise is used as a spice in cooking. It also enriches alcoholic products - liqueurs and tinctures. What dishes should I use it with? Ground stars can be used to flavor compotes, puddings, jams and soups (e.g. for broth). They also enrich the taste of meat dishes. You can add the whole fruit to coffee and tea. It goes well with honey, loves the company of cardamom and cinnamon. Anise is also often used in the PREPARATION of tea. Simply pour boiling water over a tablespoon of anise powder and boil the mixture for about 10 minutes for a valuable and tasty infusion. This tea helps in relieving digestive system disorders i.e. H. flatulence and flatulence, and can be used by pregnant women. It also supports lactation and is therefore recommended for nursing mothers. It can even be taken several times a day. Star anise fruit infusion is also used as an aid in the treatment of coughs and intestinal colic. Aniseed is also used to make aniseed - a sweet liquor with an alcohol content of up to 25%, and aniseed candy, which was once very popular and is now popular again.
