Traditional white pickled sour soup
PREPARATION : Pour about 2 liters of meat and vegetable broth from the bottle. Cook for about 5 minutes. Then, after turning off, add the squeezed garlic, marjoram, pepper, horseradish to taste and lighten with the chopped seeds. Serve with croutons, hard-boiled egg or white sausage.
