It contains two active ingredients: calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate. 1 tablet contains 680 mg calcium carbonate (Calcii carbonas) (272 mg calcium) and 80 mg heavy magnesium carbonate (Magnesii subcarbonas ponderosus).
