DESCRIPTION
We squeeze out almond oil carefully
selected raw materials cold. Whole almonds are used for pressing
unblanched and unroasted. Unroasted almond oil has a very delicate flavor and aroma and is straw yellow in colour.

- high content of unsaturated fats (82 g / 100

- high content of monounsaturated fats (64 g / 100 g),

the presence of naturally occurring vitamin E in the oil (57.1 mg / 100
G).
Almond oil, due to its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids, fits perfectly with the Mediterranean diet. Over and beyond
it is an excellent source of alpha-tocopherol (the most active form of vitamin E)
necessary in a diet rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids
Replaces saturated fats with unsaturated fats
in the diet help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels
(Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids are unsaturated fats

Positive effects are obtained when consuming 10 g of LA
