Cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil is dark green in color and has a nutty flavor. It should be eaten cold - then it will retain its beneficial properties. It should not be fried on it.
Pumpkin seed oil is a source of omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. In addition, this oil provides, among other things: phytosterols, squalene, vitamins A, C, D, E and B vitamins as well as zinc, potassium, selenium and beta-carotene. It is easily digestible, contains essential fatty acids and is resistant to oxidation. Also, it improves metabolism. Because pumpkin seed oil contains phytosterols, it helps lower blood cholesterol levels and reduce allergy symptoms.
Pumpkin seed oil is also used in cosmetics. Massaged into the skin, it moisturizes, tightens and supports regeneration processes.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
