DESCRIPTION
Organic Kraków Buckwheat is made from peeled and chopped unroasted buckwheat grains. It has a mild and delicate taste. Most commonly used as an additive to soups, stews, pies, chops, spreads and also as an ingredient in dinners paired with vegetables or stews.

PREPARATION
Boil the groats in salted water in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of groats for two portions of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
