DESCRIPTION
Green lentils are characterized by a very fine taste and do not disintegrate after cooking, but remain fluid. It can be used to prepare sandwich pastes or fillings for dumplings or croquettes.
Rinse the lentils and cook in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of lentils to 2 portions of water) for about 25 minutes. Season with salt at the end of the cooking time.
